The TQS Lifestyle Association was created to promote, develop, and foster community spirit.
Our members are committed to working within the community to achieve these objectives by raising awareness of the benefits of a healthier lifestyle while at work, at school and in personal daily living. Life is the whole package; whether you’re a youth or an adult, your food choices, daily fitness routines, sleep cycles and day-to-day stresses contribute to your physical and emotional well-being. Life is busy, and it can seem overwhelming to break well-established (and unhealthy) habits and replace them with better ones. The TQS Lifestyle Association is here to help.
The TQS Transformation website provides the tools and resources to promote healthier living by outlining educational, recreational and athletic programs to benefit individuals, organizations, and corporations within our community. From preparing more nutritional foods, to becoming more physically active, or simply taking time to step away from stress so the body can rejuvenate, the TQS Transformation website has outlined fun, interactive ideas and programs to assist in transforming your life.
