Freight Brokerage

TQS has a vast network of carriers developed through our 18 years of experience and access to multiple load boards and offer multi-mode shipments. Our goal is to provide the safest and most cost-effective movement of freight through these tactics:

Order fulfillment

If you were to store product with us you would have access to our Warehouse Management System (WMS), called TQS Fusion. Below are some of the benefits of this system:

Cross Docking

Typically, in Canada’s metropolitan markets our Cross-Docking process has helped us reduce the total freight spend for our clients’ aftermarket program by an average of more than 25%.

Regardless of the routing method, at TQS all inbound product is scanned to verify the shipment but to also update our dealer tracking portal.

More importantly, a key high value routing service that we provide to our clients is maximum optimization of freight usage by consolidation of shipment in and out of our dock. Consolidation, combined with Customer Service are the most important values we provide to any distribution program, as it saves a significant amount of freight costs.

  2. Can I pickup product if need be? If you need samples for shows or clients your product will be ready within 24 hours either at our front desk or dock door.
  3. How can my customers expect their orders? It depends on the type of product but we have access to couriers, LTL & FTL carriers. If there are any special requirements we could build a custom package for your company.
